Max Verstappen beat McLaren drivers to win the Belgian Grand Prix sprint race.

Championship leader Oscar Piastri started ahead of Verstappen from pole but was overtaken by the Dutchman off the line on the first lap.

Verstappen added to his tally of 12 career sprint victories, and takes eight-points in the drivers’ championship.

Lando Norris finished third for McLaren.
