Apple’s iOS 18.6.2 is imminent, despite the recent launch of the iOS 18.6.1 iPhone update. That’s according to anonymous leaker on X, who has so far been a reliable source for upcoming iOS versions, Apple-focused site MacRumors reports.
This is backed up by evidence of the iOS 18.6.2 update, which even has a build number — 22G100 — the leaker said. However, there is a chance the update will be a revised version of iOS 18.6.1, MacRumors says.
The news of iOS 18.6.2’s arrival comes under a month before Apple’s major iPhone upgrade iOS 26 drops this fall.
So, such a short time after Apple issued iOS 18.6.1 including the reenabled blood oxygen feature, what’s in the soon-to-launch iOS 18.6.2 update?
