Federal workers are lining up at food banks and waiting for hours as they miss their first paycheck since the start of the government shutdown. The workers are expected to be reimbursed at the end of the shutdown, but Congress is still not in session. NBC News’ Melanie Zanona has more on how the workers are being impacted.
