In a win for President Donald Trump, House Republicans voted to approve his massive budget bill after making 11th-hour changes. The bill cuts nearly $700B in Medicaid, boosts funding for the military and immigration enforcement, extends the 2017 tax cuts, and ends taxes on tips and overtime. The bill now heads to the Senate where it is expected to face hurdles. NBC’s Kelly O’Donnell reports for TODAY.
