Hurricane Erin is fueling evacuation orders in North Carolina after pounding Puerto Rico with heavy rain and flooding. The storm is now moving almost parallel to the Eastern seaboard, threatening states from Florida to Massachusetts with coastal flooding and dangerous rip currents.
