The BMF belt still belongs to Max Holloway. In their third, and seemingly final, fight, Holloway and Dustin Poirier produced another classic. They went back and forth from the opening to closing bell, but in the end Holloway earned a unanimous decision and now moved into a tie for second place on the all-time UFC wins list.

As expected, Poirier laid his gloves in the middle of the Octagon after the loss, hugged his family and officially retired from mixed martial arts. He finishes his career with 22 UFC wins, which is third all time.
