The Defense Department has now opened an investigation into Senator Mark Kelly after a video with Kelly and five other democratic lawmakers, all who served in the military or in intelligence, urged members of the military not to follow unlawful orders. The retired U.S. Navy captain could be recalled to active duty for a court martial, according to the Pentagon. NBC’s Garrett Haake reports.
