I prefer roasted corn to the boiled corn especially when it's the freshly harvested corn which all the nutrients and taste will still exist in it. But the nutrients and taste usually fade away if not cooked immediately after harvest and the sellers do put saccharine chemical which is not so good for the health.

Corn related meals are a malor staple in most homes in Nigeria. From our corn flour to pap. from our corn flakes to cooked corn sold along our streets. It is mostly grown in the northern part of Nigeria. there are two variants of the grain: white corn and yellow corn. The white is rich in carbohydrate and fibre. While the yellow corn is also rich in carbohydrate, protein and fibre.
Corn is very sweet, most especially the one that my village people do. They do soak it in water and allow to absorb for some minutes. The next thing is to smoke it for three minutes. Infact superb refreshment.
That is why I like eating not only corns but vegetables because they have anti bodies that treats diseases in the body, that means before you get sick it will be difficult, so I am having my corn today 😂 SUPER corn 🌽
I never like Corn but a friend of mine love it so much and make it to live corn. I prefer the boiled corn to the roasted one and I never know corn have all this benefits. I will take more of corn with this benefits I just read about now.

I love eating corn alot. To the extent my ex told me if they want to kidnap me. They should just spread corn on the ground like they use in getting fowl. Honestly corn is very good for ones health.
