Every lady loves to have a long hair either virgin hair or a relaxed hair but most times they purchase different oils and creams without taking necessary food and fruits (forgetting what you take in works effectively than what is applied). Ladies hair can grow very long, Fuller and healthy when some nutrients are taken such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, iron, biotin, protein, essential fatty acid and zinc. This nutrients are very necessary and can be found in some food and fruits.
Below are essential food and fruits to be taken for a healthy and rapid hair growth;

I know of fruit like cucumber which i really love, i discovered that it is an antioxidant,it helps to reduce weight and helps in hydration too.

I will also suggest/name coconut oil. I do not know what category it is on the food chain level, but I have seen people cook with it or apply it to hair directly and other part of the body.. Yes, coconut oil improves hair growth.
