Ingredients needed: Flour, margarine, 1egg, yeast, pinch of salt, 1teaspoon castle sugar, oil for deep frying.
Method: Sieve flour into a bowl and add sugar.
Cream yeast with little sugar mixed with milk and beaten egg.
Make a hole in the centre of the flour in the bowl and pour in the liquid.
Mix together and beat until smooth.
Cover and put in a warm place to rise for 2hours.
Heat the oil and fry mixture in spoonful until golden brown.
After that its ready to eat.
This is awesome. Apart from frying doughnut. I think you can also baker it as well but both ways are cool. I love frying and i love doughnut too but how is jam been put inside doughnut. I noticed no one talks about that. I'm seriously curious to know how they put jam inside the doughnut before frying after frying

I love to make my doughnut using this procedure below; and for those who are interested in making it, you can follow the steps
1. For 2cups of flour, (make sure you sieve it); *Add 2tablespoon of milk flavour. * Add half cup of sugar. * Add 1tablespoon of yeast; mix your yeast with one egg then add a little water and pour into your flour mixture.
