They say, that sleeping is a way to cool the brain and the body but do some people sleep at night?.
Let me share my problem with you guys, so that I can get help from this platform.
I found it difficult to sleep at night, it started during my school days back in primary school, that each time I return from school my mother will always make me to read my books from 3pm to 6pm everyday ,so it became part of me and also she always wake me up at middle of the night to study again.
This contuined till my university level, that I always stay awake reading or doing something else when others are sleeping because I can't sleep at night because of my upbringing in that way. Even after I graduated from school and got a job.i still find it difficult to sleep at night and the whole thing is really annoying and disturbing to me. I don't know what to do again, I have visited many hospital but they all say that there is nothing wrong with me, that am medically sound and OK.
Can anybody give me solution to my problem or is it normal that am passing through it? Help me with some Advice.
Firstly it is what you made your system adapt to , so your system got used to it over the time and again if you sleep during the day it's advisable to stop and look for solutions because over the time it causes (even if little) damage to your system. Thanks.
What I can only tell you is that you need to try as much as possible to make sure that you are sleeping at night what you need to do is that when it is night just lie down on your bed and close your eyes stay away with your phone and laptop I am very sure sleep will come because it is important.
Sleeping is one of the involuntary actions in the body system if you have formed it as a habit to sleep in the day rather than night, you need to break the habit. Am sure in the day time you are always busy with little time you make out to sleep, if you occupy the hours you sleep within the day definitely you most sleep in the night because to sleep at night is a nature call, you cannot control it.
