The invention of motorcycle and vehicle have help facilitate human mobility which aid ease stress and increasing human activity within shorter period. This makes one to reach many places as possible within shorter time.

Though it is advantageous to human live but, it has cause laziness among many. It is very difficult to see people take a walk for 30 minutes or more. To an extend, anyone sighted walking along the street or Walk way is consider poor or having no money at the time. 

But do you know that walking is a good exercise for our body. It is therefore advisable that we walk daily for at least 20 to 30 minutes. 

Here are some health benefits of taking a walk:

1. Improve Vision: It also reduce the chance of having glaucoma.

2. Healthier Pancreases: It helps maintain glucose levels than running could do.

3. Better brain and mind

4. Larger Lungs: It increase oxygen in-take, helps prevent lung related diseases and eleminate body toxins.
