2. REST WELL. Enough sleep will make do... At least sleep twice a day.... The time period of sleep for every human is within 8-10 hours..... In fact, sleep will also help refresh and relax the duties on the brain.
3. EXERCISE DAILY. exercising helps reduces the duress on the body and mind... It makes the body refreshed and sick-free. Exercising makes u fit, makes u release metabolic waste and also enhances the rate of digestion in the body.....

wow, all of these is really needed for a healthy living. taking the six classes of food is important, rest is also very important but to much sleep makes the brain doll not vibrant take note and besides the kind of things we get our self involved won't give us that kind of time to sleep 8-10hrs. most of us will stare at the screen of our phone for hours till late at night, we barely sleep up to 5hrs. we need to adjust in other to live and healthier life
Yes, these three are very essential, but you left out one very important one, taking a lot of water, staying hydrated. Take water instead of soft drinks, exercise daily, eat well,most importanly breakfast, and get lots of sleep.
Well said, but in addition to the topic, eating well doesn't mean, eat beans, start eating rice after, and in no distance time you are drinking a galon of juice and in few moments, you are already eating barbecue. I drink a glass of normal room temperature water every morning to help me kick my day starting.water is good for the body and it helps me defecate easily without stress every morning.later I do my morning push ups and abdominal training,shower then eat breakfast.lunch for me is swallow and i eat something light for dinner by 7pm and I go to bed 9:30pm.i think you should try it out too and see how healthy you will look.
I must take to note all of this so as to keep fit because I have been getting sick lately and I guess thats because I don't exercise daily now I will have to listen and know what to do

I will just add one more thing and that is the consumption of properly washed vegetables and fruits at least twice a week. And also we should learn to consume one boiled egg everyday of our life as it helps a lot health wise.
Well under that part that says it will I would have suggested eating healthy because the issue of food might not be really about eating in volumes, that is, in quantity but eating in quality. that is where the balanced diet comes in.
