Peeps, it doesn't matter the size of food you take as long as it contains the six classes of food in their minimal proportion..... Then you're living healthy
2. REST WELL. Enough sleep will make do... At least sleep twice a day.... The time period of sleep for every human is within 8-10 hours..... In fact, sleep will also help refresh and relax the duties on the brain.
3. EXERCISE DAILY. exercising helps reduces the duress on the body and mind... It makes the body refreshed and sick-free. Exercising makes u fit, makes u release metabolic waste and also enhances the rate of digestion in the body.....
