  • High blood pressure or Hypertension is a deadly sickness that kills faster than expected, it  was a disease formerly known for aged persons but now even our young ones die mysteriously to  this ailment. If more sensitization can be down to educate the masses on how to control their blood pressure either by what they eat or how they think or control stress/pressure. Then more positive results can be gotten and maximum reduction of this disease will be attained.

  • High blood pressure is a heart related problem that can be reduced if the proper activities are carried out such as eating the right meals, exercise, taking fruits and vegetables, garlic etc.

It is also important that the blood pressure is monitored once every two or three month so that when it increases, solution can be administered immediately.

Regular rest and enough sleep can help as well as it tends to reduce blood pressure and prevent stoke or paralysis.
