And Baking Powder
With Oil for frying.
First of, you get a bowl and pour the amount of flour you need for your pancake but not too much unless you making for the entire household.
After that you break your eggs into a separate bowl, I use 2 to 3 eggs when making my own it depends on the amount of flour so the egg doesn’t get completely hidden in it after its mixed together.
Next melt butter into liquid and pour it into the egg and pour milk into the egg and mix thoroughly till it has a creamy form
In the bowl of flour, add 2-3 spoons of baking powder. The baking powder is what makes the pancake to rise and adds the fluff you need. Mix the baking powder into the flour until they both blend together
After that you pour the mixture of egg, milk and melted butter that you mixed together into the flour.
Add granulated sugar and more milk to mix the whole thing together.
I have a sweet tooth so I usually add a lot of sugar to mine. Most people also love to add a pinch of pepper to their own so if that’s what you want you could still go ahead and do that it actually depends on your taste.
When mixing if you feel the flour hasn’t mixed in properly and is a lot more than the mix you could add a little water or milk to it. But do not let the egg get hidden in the mix the egg also plays a vital role in making fluffy pancakes.
As soon as you’re done mixing and it has a smooth texture leave it on a table and prepare to start frying.
When you leave it, it gives the baking powder time to spread the fluff but not too long so it doesn’t cake entirely when you go to get the frying pan and oil it should be enough time.
You could fry with either oil or butter either one works so long as you spread it on the pan to avoid it from getting stuck to the pan while frying. Do not put in oil as though you want to fry plantain put it as if you want to fry egg.
Pour in a bit of your pancake mixture unto the heated frying pan and when the times right flip it over and let it fry then remove it and put in oil again.
Repeat the same step until the mix is finished and if you follow the steps and be patient you’ll get the best pancakes you’ve ever had. Thank you.
That is great I love the snack in person,it is mature people snack I would learn how to make it,so that I will make it all by myself when I am free to make it.

2.pour batter 1/4 cuptuls on to a greased hot griddle .tun when bubbles form on top of pancakes;cook until the second side golden brown.

I personally have a cooking outfit...when I want to make my pancakes fluffy...I heavily whip my eggs, sugar and milk for a long while till they form a sort of cream...then I incorporate my flour into the mix...and mix just until the flour is well blended with the cream...
