Nwamaikpe Response And Advice To Emzy Father

Nwamaikpe a popular online commenter has advised Mr Okporo Israel the father of the embattled fraudster on how to win his son case in court. Remember Emzy was arrested for falsefully claiming to be Ned Nwoko junior. Making himself Regina Daniels step son just to use the popularity to defraud the public. He has long been arrested by the river state police and will soon be arraigned in court.

Nwamaikpe advised him to nearby nearby high court to get a valid affidavit for change of name to have his name changed from okpoko Israel to be known as Ned Nwoko and then publish the name changed on popular national dailies. Thats all.

When the matter is brought up in court and the judge asks your son what is his name, he will say it's Ned Nwoko junior. Technically and legally it will be correct and true.

Lol, what is your take on this brilliant Nwamaikpe advice to Emzy father?

  • Change of name done after he has been arrested and charged to court? That won't work. The high court will not even sign the affidavit because they aren't stup!d. Even if they do, the change of name will still have a date and also the date it was published on news paper which will show it was done after his arrest.

    The judges aren't stup!d.

  • But come to think of it this is just simple and easy common sense that can save someone's life imagine this kind of young lad bringing up this kind of idea Nigerians are and I think this will help this man to win the case in court and save his son from a long-term imprisonment on for impersonat and for impersonation

  • That insane, how is that possible, it is not a serious issue to me, if it true name is that, they have to apologise to him with reward, many people can be bearing that name, what do you think

  • Change of name so that he will be free from all the crime he commented. It can't work. Let him face the law. Fraudulent activity is a criminal offence. Remember, he is defrauding people with this name. I think he should not go free. He must face the rot of the law. This will be a very big lesson for others who may try it.

  • That's not a very good idea,he should come up with a better idea,if he is going to change the name, what about his birth certificate. I think all necessary document will be requested for, since he has been arrested in his real, don't know how possible that will be,they should think of something better to do

  • Sounds smart. He'll still need to do that on the national dailies. The court will not be easily fooled though. The date discrepancy might be called into question. What is bad is bad. It's easier avoiding trouble than getting out of trouble. Just thinking. What would happen if Bed Nwoko steps into the matter?

  • Lol, this is really funny. Can you imagine advising someone to create another scam to be free from scam. Nigeria is indeed a country. The best is just for the court to judge according and not allowing all these fraudulent people do the judging themselves o

  • The judges or the court at large are not fools. Change of name after he has been arrested? I hope he doesn't have any certificate in his life or nobody knows him before, other than that don't even think it will work. He impersonated someone claiming he is his son, he can only face the law.

  • Lols, even if he changes his name it isnt going to be vaild because as at the time he was arressted he was bearing another name. The judge or judges are not daft to fall for that.

  • Well,i dont think that man knows how affidavit works,he will still be guilty if he do that cuz the judge will know it to be a form of scam which can make the father to be arrained too

  • This doesn't make sense at all o..

But the court already know who is real father is so there isn't need for him to change his name..

He just have to face the consequences..

  • For me I think he made a very big idea according to his own capacity. But come to think of changing name when the culprit has already been arrested. I don't think it will be a solution to that.

  • To me I understand he did wrong which he must have admired already, no one us above mistakes and like the white men say mistake is the best teacher, and also don't pay evil for evil, if he was to be your son I believe finding solution will be the other of the day, I strongly believe he just wanted to achieve or make impact CU's he has nothing doing, but with something doing he or she won't be thinking of such, there should be a way-out and that's what's important now not sending the little boy to prison CU's he will get worst

  • Since emzy was caught up already with prove of offence fraud with impersonation changing of name will not save him from prison cos court can't grant him affidavit for change of name

  • Well according to the above news the the adviser gave the artist father a wrong advise which may warrant the court to charge him for false pretence... Let him face the wrath of the law

    - Ojediran Muideen - 2019-10-13 18:59:00 Quote

  • Since Emzy has been caught already with proof of offence on fraud with impersonation and fake change of name, this will  not save him from prison because the court won't  give  him an affidavit for change of name. So it is useless.

It is best that Emzy faces the consequences of his actions. It will prevent others from committing such crime.v
