Hypertension Also known as "High blood pressure" is one of the most common illness that befall human being as they age.

Hypertension is a gateway to many deadly diseases known such as stroke, heart Attack, kidney failure e.t.c. 

This is one of The Best way to get rid of it. 

Eating 3-5 pieces of garlic  I.e (10g ) with 3 pieces of date Everyday when the stomach is empty  or the last thing to be taking at night helps to cure Hypertension.

  • Though i don't know anyway of getting rid of hypertension but the garlic stuff, its helpful but how do we eat it. I ate raw garlic one day and people started making way for me because i was smelling garlic, then i got to know even garlic chase away evil Spirit.
