These Things Might Be Destroying Your Eyes
The eye is one of the most important organ in our system and it serves as a means of linking ourselves with our environment. The eye is a sensitive one that must be taken care with caution. These are the things you are doing now that is destroying your eyes
1. Reading under dim light: When the eyes is in the dark it dilates and when you read under dim light, it stretches and stress the muscles of the eye and these is one of the causes of eye defects like short sightedness.
2. Longer Screen Time: Mobile phone has it adverse effect on the eyes. When you spend much time looking at your screen it affects the eyes negativly. Blue lights from the screen causes unsleepiness that's why Blue light filters are now in cooperated in mobile phones functions.
3. The use of unrecommended Lenses: Lens that are not recommended by an optician should not be worn. They are quick changing the way your eyes sees thing or in most cases reduces the ability for the eye to focus on things.
