Tips On How To Build Your Chest And Abs

Lol anyone that knows me would know that I’m not the one to sweettalk you or sugarcoat anything. I’ll clearly tell you how it is and how it should be done. So with that said, you already know I’m here to give you free tips on how to get your summer body real fast. 

A believe that even tho, not everyone wants to have muscles and all that, we can’t deny the fact that everyone still wants to be fit. The only difference is, some are willing to put in the required effort and commitment to reach their body goals while some only sit back and wish or they simply give up after a few days claiming they’re not seeing results. 

The truth is, the power to transform your body is in your hands. All you need is BE WILLING & be CONSISTENT. 

Don’t workout for a few weeks and stop just because you didn’t see results, it’s a process and it’s not magic. The person you see in the picture above is me and I worked out for 2years without seeing results simply because I wasn’t consistent and I wasn’t doing the right programs. By January this year, I decided to take things seriously so I took a 90 days workout challenge with a good meal plan and good programs and in just two months, I watched my body transform. 

Just watch out for my posts, I’ll be dropping daily write ups on how you can consistently workout and get used to it without giving up and a whole lot of other tips. I’m so happy and grateful that we have a platform like this because I’ve always needed a platform that would give me time he voice to help others meet their body goals. It’s my very first post here so I’ll keep it brief, more will follow daily.

  • True. Everything in like takes determination, and working out is no different. I think keeping up with my schedule is the problem I'm facing. I'm not consistent with my workout routine. But now that I've seen this post, it has encouraged me to take it seriously.

  • The bad thing about most people that gym is that they do not always work on their lower body they only focus on the upper part of their body which then makes a lot of people give up on training, If they is a way you would give tips on training for lower part of the body that would be a better thing

  • I noticed that people who gym leave their lower part... Like they focus majorly on the upper part there by neglecting the lower side thus making them look one kind.

    I strongly advise that people should do exercise for both the upper and lower part to avoid looking disfigured 

    Also everything needs determination... Most people expect result in 2 days with isn't possible

  • well to me the best way to build abs and chest is not to rush into weight lifting, start with push ups and sit ups before you go into lifting weights. most people do not tan their muscles before building it and that's why they often times get irregular body shapes.

  • My own abs came naturally as a result of the  nature of  works I used to do, which  includes farming, palm oil processing and also the sports I engaged myself in  which is football. But  later on I decided to  enhance it with  sit ups, push ups and weight lifting. I wouldn't  say my abs are  huge but it suits my posture perfectly.

  • I have always tried getting a slim tummy without undergoing any form of excercise. Infact, it has always been an Achilles heel for me that's why I've been incorporating slimming tea into my daily routine breakfast but really, it's just back to square one.   • You can as well do the regular exercise like pushups, jugging and situp exercise to trim the stomach flat. Not necessarily weight lifting. What we need in this exercise is patience, and persistence. It might be looking as if nothing is working but with time you see result.

  • To be honest, this workout thing is not so easy o. It takes much more than a lot of determination. And detailed explanations and guidelines are good. Some people just think "people are carrying weight for bodybuilding, let me do the same" then they end up having a body most people wouldn't desire. 

    People need to know what they're working towards which then determines what exactly they do to achieve. And start small. Don't just start with 100pushups a day when your body isn't even warmed up yet

  • I think for those saying they have a very tight schedule haven't program themselves well. You can actually go to gym 3 times a week is not bad. If you work 7am to 8pm you can still get that chance to work for your body 3 times a week.

  • First of all working out is one of the best time killers for men because it let's you burn out excess fat in the body ,keeping you healthy and also let's you build a nice body shape.   • Working out isn't actually an easy thing, it requires alot of determination and consistency, on my own path consistency is my flaw . Working out comes with a lot pain and aches though but as the old saying goes, "no pain no gain " so mostly while working out you need determination, consistency and perseverance if not your work out won't be effective

  • Determination and focus is the main thing someone should do,, Once you determine and focus you'll reach your goals faster,,,although going to gym centre is not something bad but at least twice in a week I use to do some exercise at home like push up, weight lifting, ride bicycle to far away distance and jogging on Saturday and Sunday only because of work  Although am not kinda have muscle or change body form, but throughout the week days am feeling healthy and strong.
