Tips On How To Live Healthier And Longer
So everyone I know wants to be healthy but they are not willing to take the chances to live a healthy life. You are what you eat and what you do. Here are a few do's and do nots on how to live a healthier and a longer life:
*Drink water every time. I take 8 bottles of water and more everyday.
*Develop a good personal hygiene. Be clean always. Your surroundings too.
*Avoid excessive intake of catfish, red meat, carbonated soft drinks, canned food, can drinks, imported fruits, hydrogenated oil, microwave food.
*Rather embrace cooked eggs, fish, fresh poultry meats, fresh vegetables
*Avoid excessive sugar intake, honey is better.
*Avoid alcohol, smoking.
*Avoid public toilet.
*Engage in fruit fasting
*Avoid multiple sex partners
*Rather engage in s8xual activities with your spouse only.
*Have a good sleeping habit (8 hours daily)
*Always check your blood pressure and your blood sugar level.
*Exercise 30 minutes daily. Do not sit for two hours without getting up to move around.
*Avoid malice, unforgiving attitude, grudges or anger. Be happy with yourself and love yourself.
Treat yourself Better because untimely death or chronic health issues will affect your family and loved ones negatively. Think about the ones you love and lead a healthy life
