3. When my pains are unbearable, I always drink hot water because it isbbeliis b that it melts the blood clotting and makes the flow easy and less painful

4. Some people prefer taking pain reliefs which is still okay.

5. I watch what I put in my mouth

Trust me, if you follow these steps, yiully feel much better.

Another struggle is being stained, I'll share steps to take in order not to get stained

1. Never use a pad on a thong popularly known as G-string, use a full pant instead

2. If you flow is heavy, endeavour to double your pad.

3. Make sure you put on a mini tight, because it stops your pad from moving sideways

4. Watch your sitting posture

5. Try not to wear a bright colour

You are good to go

Follow these steps to a healthy lifestyle

  • In addition, observing good hygiene during one's menstrual flow reduces the chances of having pelvic inflammatory disease and candidiasis which causes menstrual cramps. Also soaking of garlic and ginger in soda water for 3 - 7 days before drinking can also reduce menstrual cramps. Drinking of enough water a week before menstrual  flow also reduces menstrual cramps.

  • Menstrual cramps, or primary dysmenorrhea, are an uncomfortable part of life for many women on a monthly basis. Drinking more water may help ease bloating, which makes symptoms worse. Get in the habit of drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water per day, especially during your period. Add some mint or a lemon wedge to make it more palatable. While you're at it, back off of the salt, which encourages fluid retention and bloating. Avoid alcohol, which promotes dehydration.

  • If you have mild menstrual cramps , take aspirin or another pain reliever, such as acetaminophen, ibuprofen, or naproxen. For best relief, you must take these medications as soon as bleeding or cramping starts. Heat can also help. Place a heating pad orhot water bottle on your lower back or tummy.

It is so advisable and also avoid sugary things in the months and eat healthy food and not junks but if eventually you develop the menstrual cramps in a month then you can suppress it with the use of some pain relieve like pcm, felvin etc and also use improvised hot water bottle put on ur mons pubis and also the intake of warm water helps alot to suppress the menstrual cramps

  • Another opinion to stop or reduce menstruation cramps.

    1. To avoid menstrual cramps drink ginger and garlic water. I prefer grinding it and pour hot water, leave it for few minutes to ferment then you extract the water. (I eat the Fibre but it is optional). 2. Exercise few days to your menstruation help a little and avoid sugary things even if it hungers you to take but if you must take something sugary take bitter stuff after that to reduce the sugar intake.

  • Nice points stated but I think the taking of medication shouldn't be always its better to drink warm water keep a good hygiene eat less or none sugary foods, take fruits especially watermelon it contains more water and helps too then having a pad on the whole day is also unhealthy and causes stains so changing in between hours is advisable at least five to six hours daily change

At that point your body is very open to so many dirts and fragile. Please ensure you clean up very well. And please stay of s8x during that particular time of the month. I know some guys don't care but you need to protect your man bcos what is coming out of your body is a waste and the discharge comes with a lot of dirt allowing ur man come in contact with such can lead to an std or sti. Please take note

  • Menstruation is something difficult for girls to understand, because some girls who are under age are still novist on their mases. So if mothers do not educate their daughters and tell them what menstruatiion all about. The is one that happened in my present, this under age girl was bleeding from her private part and she was shouting been afraid of herself. The mother saw it and took her daughter to the wash room, and it was later that her mother told her all about it. So some of our ladies don't even know their mases time, some miss their time and some got stain because it comes incidentally. The is pad you will use and it will help you to retain blood and it has a sealed that the seal together with the pad. The pad itself help to kill germs in the private part and when the lady take the tab drink it as well, it works very fast in the body and reduce pain. I do sell the pad and it good for every woman. From my company longrich

  • Good for those that don't usually have cramps or not much. As for menstrual cramp people, that is a big thing to solve, but to reduce the pain

Try drinking hot water or putting hot water in a bottle and place it on your lower part of the abdomen. If no changes, then take a pill

  • Menstrual cramps has always been one battle I find difficult to fight at  the initial: but lucky me I got to meet a nurse friend who helped me pull it thru.

First: taking of pills e.g Felvin this stuff have really safe lots of life's but most people think been addicted to taking it always is not good.

Avoid the intake of cold drinks and water, fell victim of it when I accidentally took a chilled water dammm! I begged to survive it that day...

    Lastly: SUGAR.

  • The best wat of avoiding menstrual cramp is drinking of hot water in the morning it always boost up the flow of the blood

Some girls are fond of inserting cotton wood to private part to stop mestrual stain instead of using pad which is a bad habit that can damage the vagina system

  • Apply heat: hot bath or shower will do

As said earlier, application of heat can help tremendously is reducing menstrual pain. Taking a hot bath or shower for quite a long time can help to ease pain. Other heat source like the use of heat pad, warm water bottle, can also help to give cramp relief.

  • While am not particularly comfortable with this ladies topic am sure it will come in handy to the ladies. It's a major turn to guys when a lady can not take care of herself properly, I mean in terms of been neat and clean always. The pain relief pills seems to have side effects on some people so be careful how you use it.

  • Taking hot water even before the your period start would help too, and try checking yourself from time to time, either by changing your pads, put on a hard material cloth and not a bright colour in order to avoid stain or public disgrace

  • Also when having mesturation cramps, and you don't feel like taking in anything, you can just get a warm water in a water bottle, make sure the water is a bit hot, then you hold it tight to your tummy for like 5 to 10 minutes

That do help a lot also

  • Menstrual pain can be really bad even though you don't take sugary foods some ladies own can be that bad that they take injections every month but some can be hereditary but I think the injections should be better since it's prescribed by the doctor compared to some drugs that mess up with the menstral cycle

  • Cucumber is very good for the body but not when you are on your monthly period. The sap in the fruit(cucumber) makes it difficult for period to flow well.so stop taking this fruit whenever you are on your period.

Also don't drink chilled water, always take warm water to flush the remaining blood out of the system.

  • Sure avoiding sugary food and drinks help. Just learning about drinking hot/warm water. The suggestion sounds logical. I guess bathing with hot water can help too. Ultimately, when the pain becomes unbearable, use painkillers or speak with your doctor
