Why I Don't Go To Church Anymore
I was born into Christianity, my mum was an usher and my dad was a chorister in our church. I loved going to church when I was a kid because it was a normal thing but I was happy to go watch my dad sing. Growing up reading my bible I came to believe that there is one commandment greater than the 10 commandment, which is "go yee therefore and preach the gospel" but are our pastors doing that now? Are they preaching about being saved? Are they preaching about faith? To me the answer is "NO" well someones still do but most ones don't.
What u will hear in the church now is "tithe" our pastors are only preaching about paying our tithe, why. Is it because of the money? I don't know but I know if you enter a church now in a sermon if you don't hear the pastor say tithe then stay there and don't leave. Since when I noticed this I don't attend church sermons anymore.
Is it only me that is thinking this way? Is it my fault I don't go to church any longer? Please tell me in your comments below.
