President Donald Trump told reporters outside the White House that his 28-point Russia-Ukraine peace plan is not his “final offer” after he gave Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy until Thanksgiving to accept the peace deal. Trump added that if Zelenskyy doesn’t agree to the plan, “then he can continue to fight his little heart out.”
