Women’s Rugby World Cup: Ireland make 10 changes for Canada warm-up game in Belfast

Bemand has made substantial changes for the match against the Canadians, who won the WXV fixture between the sides last year.
Props Niamh O’Dowd and Linda Djougang will join Jones in the front row, while the second row consists of Ulster’s Fiona Tuite and Ruth Campbell.
The back row of Moore, Kiripati, who made her debut against Scotland, and Brittany Hogan is unchanged.
Aoibheann Reilly joins O’Brien at half-back and Enya Breen and Aoife Dalton will start at centre.
Stacey Flood is named at full-back and will be joined in the back three by wings Anna McGann and Sevens star Parsons.
Bemand has opted for a six-two split on the bench, which consists of forwards Cliodhna Moloney-MacDonald, Perry, Ulster’s Sadhbh McGrath, Eimear Corri-Fallon, Monaghan and Claire Boles.
Emily Lane and Eve Higgins are the backs cover on the bench.
Ireland will face Japan, Spain and New Zealand in Pool C at the World Cup in England.
Former Ireland internationals Lindsay Peat, Claire Small and Fiona Hayes will join presenter Nicola McCarthy and commentator Oisin Langan in Belfast from 11:50 BST on BBC iPlayer & BBC Two NI.
